By using Monty Arcade you accept these terms. We kept them short.

The site and games

• The site and games are free and provided “as is”. There’s no guarantee that everything will always work without bugs, or that a game or feature will stay forever.
• The games and site content (including the Monty mascot) belong to Ardahan Aytan. You’re welcome to play and share links; ask for permission before publishing the games on another site.

Account and username

• Only you should use your account; don’t share your sign-in details.
• Your username must not contain profanity, hate speech, or impersonate someone else. A username is picked once and can’t be changed later.
• Accounts that break these rules may be deleted without warning.

Achievements

• Achievements are just for fun and bragging rights; they have no value and come with no prizes.
• Trying to unlock achievements by cheating (tampering with the game or site code, using automated tools) is not allowed. Achievements or accounts found to be cheated may be deleted.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. Deleted accounts and achievements can’t be restored.

Changes

If these terms change, the current version is published on this page and the date above is updated. For details on your data, see the privacy policy.
